This past week, the Partnership Managers from eleven countries went through an in-depth "train the trainers" program using PW's business training curriculum for small and medium entrepreneurs. During this time, they learned together about everything from Business as Mission to setting SMART goals to marketing to filling out a balance sheet. This time together is part of an intentional effort to better equip our global team of Partnership Managers to support the development of strong training programs in each of our respective countries.

with mentoring, advocacy, and access to capital, is training. And that activity is not only for
businesspeople but also for the people who support them.
